Abstract
La inclusion del capitulo 27 titulado “Anticorrupcion”, en el acuerdo comercial del United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) o T-MEC, (acronimo en espanol) esta dirigido a proteger del soborno y de actos de corrupcion, las relaciones de comercio y de inversion que se den en el marco del nuevo acuerdo comercial e intenta que los paises miembro, construyan un sistema de integridad para servidores publicos y empresarios. The inclusion of chapter 27 entitled “Anticorruption” in United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) or T-MEC (acronym in Spanish), is aimed at protecting from bribery and acts of corruption, the trade and investment relations that could occur within the new trade agreement and tries that the member countries, build a system of integrity for public servants and businessmen.
