Determination and Analysis of Insect-resistant Character in Transgenic Poplars NL-80106
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Transgenic poplars NL -80106 with Bt genes planted in the field were detected by PCR. The results showed that there were the special fragments of Bt genes in 5 transgenic clones with single Bt gene (FB40,FB45,FB56,FB59,FB60) and 4 transgenic colnes with two insect-resistant (Bt+CpTI) genes (D9,D18,D27,D32). The leaves from 12 rtansgenic insect-resistant poplars were analyzed by ELISA and showed that the expressing quantity of Bt insecticidal protein in D18 is 6 754 ng/g fresh leaf (0.090% of plant soluble protein), which is the highest in the transgenic clones with two-insect-resistant genes. In the transgenic clones with single Bt gene, the expressing quantity of FB51 is 6 796 ng/g fresh leaf and it amounts to 0.036% of plant soluble protein.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
