Este artigo identifica um conjunto de relacoes de poder dentro dos debates academicos feministas contemporâneos sobre que trabalham para despolitizar neutralizando o potencial critico da para uma mudanca orientada justica social. Num momento em que recebeu aclamacao internacional sem precedentes nos circulos academicos feministas, um feminismo academico especificamente disciplinar, em sintonia com economia do conhecimento neoliberal, se envolve com praticas argumentativas que reenquadram e minam. Este artigo analisa varias tendencias especificas de debate que neutralizam o potencial politico da interseccionalidade, como o confinamento da um exercicio academico de contemplacao metateorica, bem como um branqueamento da interseccionalidade atraves de afirmacoes de que e a invencao do feminismo, e requer uma genealogia mais ampla da interseccionalidade reformulada.
