Abstract
Les nouvelles frontières de la Russie après l’éclatement de l’URSS ont indéniablement influencé la redéfinition de sa politique étrangère. Cet article entend explorer ce lien intime au travers d’une réflexion sur les représentations associées tant aux frontières de cet espace démesuré, véritable imaginaire de la frontière sacralisée, qu’au statut de sa puissance russe, tantôt réel, tantôt rêvé.
