Abstract
Le métier de pharmacien d’officine connait depuis quelques années un profond changement. Les fondements de la pratique sont remis en cause, ainsi le pharmacien doit faire reconnaître son rôle important dans le système de soin français. L’exercice de la pharmacie communautaire au Québec est considéré comme une référence. En effet, avec l’application de la Loi 41, de nouvelles missions ont été attribuées aux pharmaciens québécois qui ont maintenant tous les outils nécessaires pour consolider leur place dans le système de soin. L’élargissement du champ de compétences des pharmaciens permet de répondre à un besoin certain de la population. Toutes ces nouveautés dans la pratique sont reconnues par une rémunération du travail du pharmacien. Cependant, une mutation de la profession semble commencer doucement en France. Un des tournants majeurs pour la profession a été la loi HPST « Hôpital, Patient, Santé, Territoire » en 2009. Plus récemment, la mise en place des bilans de médication partagés et la vaccination anti-grippale à l’officine viennent renforcer cette modification dans l’avenir de la pharmacie officinale française.<br
