Abstract
Saluran Ciromban merupakan saluran buangan yang mengalir dari Jalan Cieunteung sampai daerah Bebedahan Kecamatan Purbaratu. Ketika intensitas hujan tinggi saluran Ciromban meluap di wilayah Pancasila, Bebedahan I, Bebedahan II, dan Jalan SKP. Telah dibangun saluran pengendali banjir (floodway) di daerah Sukaasih Kecamatan Purbaratu Kota Tasikmalaya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui debit banjir rancangan dengan kala ulang 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 250, 500 dan 1000 tahun; mengetahui berapa besar kapasitas eksisting saluran Ciromban dan floodway; merencanakan alternatif floodway yang efektif untuk mengatasi banjir. Pada penelitian ini perhitungan debit banjir rencana menggunakan metode rerata aritmatika. Tinjauan kondisi lapangan saluran drainase jalan yang bermuara ke Ciromban diolah menggunakan aplikasi Arc.GIS 10.3. Tinjauan kondisi eksisting saluran Ciromban dan floodway untuk mengetahui kapasitas untuk kemudian merencanakan alternatif desain floodway.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian debit banjir rancangan untuk kala ulang 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 250, 500, dan 1000 tahun adalah sebesar 22,87 m3/det, 24,27 m3/det, 25,20 m3/det, 26,08 m3/det, 26,37 m3/det, 27,23 m3/det, 28,09 m3/det, 28,95 m3/det, 29,23 m3/det, 30,08 m3/det, dan 30,94 m3/det. Kapasitas eksisting saluran Ciromban yaitu dengan b = 3 m dan h = 1,3 m adalah 18,89 m3/det sedangkan debit puncak untuk kala ulang 113 tahun adalah 28,21 m3/det itu adalah penyebab saluran Ciromban meluap. Kapasitas floodway eksisting untuk saluran terbuka adalah 9,69 m3/det dan saluran tertutup 19,36 m3/det bangunan pelimpah dengan b mercu = 2 m kapasitasnya adalah 4,5 m3/det debit menuju saluran lama 2,497 m3/det. Alternatif desain dengan b mercu = 3 m kapasitasnya adalah 6,09 m3/det total debit yang harus dialirkan adalah 6,01 m3/det artinya tidak akan terjadi luapan. Kata kunci : Debit banjir rancangan, floodway, pelimpah, saluran Ciromban
