Abstract
Toda e qualquer relacao de familia envolve aspectos afetivos, sejam esses entre um homem e uma mulher, um pai e um filho, entre irmaos, dentre outros. A familia e protegida pelo Direito, porem deve cumprir o papel para que todos possam garantir a construcao pessoal. O que parece claro e que os desenhos da familia na atualidade trazem a possibilidade de exercicio da solidariedade entre as pessoas. Dentro deste nucleo destacamos em nossos escritos as empresas familiares.
