Abstract

Kurumlar ve bireyler hisse senetlerine yatırım yaparak kar elde etmeyi amaçlarlar. Hisse senedi piyasasında kar elde etmek adına gelecekte gerçekleşecek olan fiyat hareketlerini doğru tahmin etmek için analiz yöntemleri ve stratejiler geliştirilmiştir. Kurumlar için bu yöntemleri kullanarak yatırım yapmak nispeten daha kolaydır çünkü bünyelerinde uzmanlar vardır. Fakat bireysel yatırımcılar için bu süreç biraz daha zordur. Çalışmanın amacı bireysel yatırımcılar için analiz yöntemleri kullanmadan, belirli stratejiler ile yatırım yaptıkları takdirde kar elde edip edemediklerini incelemektir. Bu bağlamda finansal okuryazarlığı düşük olan bireyler için sadece hisse senedinin alım satım zamanının belirli olduğu on iki yatırım stratejisi oluşturulmuştur. Simülasyon yöntemi kullanılarak BİST 30’da yer alan firmaların 2016-2017 yılı hisse senetlerine zamanlama stratejileri kullanılarak yatırım yapılmış ve yatırım sonuçları incelenmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre bütün stratejilerden pozitif yönde kazanç elde edilmekle birlikte, bireysel yatırımcı için en fazla kar getiren uygun zamanlama stratejilerinin pasif sayılabilecek stratejiler olduğu belirlenmiştir.
