Abstract
Les nouveaux·elles enseignant·e·s issu·e·s de l’immigration sont de plus en plus présente·s dans les écoles canadiennes, assurant une plus grande représentativité du corps enseignant auprès des élèves aux référents ethnoculturels diversifiés. Des nouveaux·elles enseignant·e·s issu·e·s de l’immigration, des enseignant·es-mentors et des directeur·rice·s d’école, lors d’entretiens de recherche semi-dirigés, ont partagé leurs perceptions à propos des obstacles qui ponctuent le parcours d’intégration de ces nouveaux·elles enseignant·e·s dans la culture enseignante des écoles de l’Ontario français. Les défis rencontrés de même que les négociations nécessaires au processus d’acculturation des nouveaux·elles enseignant·e·s issu·e·s de l’immigration à la profession enseignante font l’objet de cet article.
