Abstract
En el trabajo se analiza la primera sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Córdoba vinculada con derechos previsionales de una persona que vive con el VIH (virus de inmunodeficiencia humana), cuya doctrina constituye un valioso antecedente en tanto que brinda una solución adecuada al caso, acorde con los estándares internacionales fijados por los organismos especializados en la temática.
