Ce texte présente le projet Clic Québec pluriel et la série vidéo Créateurs de liens développés par les auteures dans le contexte d’actions de promotion de la diversité dans la Capitale Nationale du Québec. Ce texte discute du cas des villes de taille moyenne qui sont autres que les grandes villes multiculturelles canadiennes en tant que lieu d’exploration et d’observation des relations interculturelles. La ville de Québec qui fut le théâtre d’évènements islamophobes fut retenue pour la création de ces vidéos qui mettent en valeur des artistes immigrants de la ville entrant en contact, via des projets artistiques participatifs, avec des groupes sociaux et ethnoculturels. Les vidéos montrent des interactions positives et créatives entre ces artistes et ces participants et appellent à une réflexion sur la notion même d’interculturel, trop souvent limitée à la notion d’ethnoculturel. La conclusion inclut une série de remarques plus larges sur les relations entre les concepts d’interculturel et de culture. Mots-clés: diversité, Québec, immigrant, interculturel, interactions.
