Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore the Activation Plan for the development of Korea fencing. For this purpose, we investigated for fencing club Canadian, and conclusion for this is as follows. First, the Canadian Fencing Club Health has 10 locations in the city, SARS Cass Chu has been operating with 20 locations inside and outside in Korea, South Korea Fencing Club was showed that it is require the establishment of associations or related organizations that can do collect and provide information on this situation to difficulty obtain specific information about the place. In addition, the club location was easily accessible to allow members come around 1 hours. Second, To become a fencing leader, it should provide a positive experience and potential development opportunities through sport. For the purpose of promoting the development of individuals, it appeared to have completed such training in association with founded CAC, NCCP. In addition, operating as policy and management in the country and it is also necessary to grant a license. Teaching method of club focus on a dynamic core area, it will grow into active students through physical movement. For the development of fencing Korea, Canada's teaching methods was considered to accept. For this reason, the paradigm of social and cultural change is required. Third, Canadian Club operating the program cost, location, public relations is important. South Korea Fencing Club also need to organized training, establish the practical method to manage club operations. Above all, the expansion was showed that enjoy the fencing club and school sport is needed. Proposal for further study are as follows: First, analyze the domestic successful club cases and the studies will be need to provide the activation proposal. Secondly, depending on the destination, if a way to activate fencing plan and exercise continued research. We expect to be able to provide information that can be activated via a foothold in the sport club.
