Abstract
Cet article porte sur les résultats d’une recherche qualitative effectuée auprès de 18 femmes vivant une situation d’itinérance dans deux maisons d’hébergement situées dans deux villes différentes. L’analyse de leur discours a permis de rendre compte de leur rapport aux institutions. En effet, cette étude sur le parcours de vie des femmes révèle un discours marqué par la protection sociale à laquelle elles ont recours. L’article analyse donc ce discours à la lumière du concept de régime de citoyenneté. Il conclut que le régime de citoyenneté actuel a un impact considérable sur l’exercice de citoyenneté des femmes.
