Cet article s’intéresse aux études en éducation qui identifient l’importance du rôle clé que jouent les directions d’école pour assurer l’atteinte de la double mission des écoles francophones du Nouveau-Brunswick en contexte minoritaire. En fait, très peu de recherches ont été réalisées sur la qualité des formations disponibles pour aider ces directions d’école à exercer pleinement leurs fonctions. Et les formations visant à les aider à exercer un leadership gagnant qui permet aux apprenantes et apprenants de développer un sentiment d’appartenance et une identité culturelle francophone dans les écoles situées en contexte linguistique minoritaire se font plutôt rare.
