Vers une typologie de la clientèle à profil « multiproblématique » au sein du RSSS

Abstract
Issu d’un devis de recherche quantitatif, cet article présente les résultats d’une étude exploratoire portant sur une clientèle considérée comme étant hétérogène et mettant au défi le réseau de la santé et des services sociaux (RSSS), soit la clientèle dite « multiproblématique ». Une analyse typologique permet de proposer une classification de trois profils types. Cette typologie vise à faciliter l’organisation des services au sein du RSSS à l’égard de cette clientèle aux besoins particuliers, et aura certainement son importance, particulièrement dans le choix des approches et des modalités d’intervention à privilégier auprès de cette clientèle.
