Abstract
Este artículo propone una nueva evaluación del crecimiento económico registrado en Francia entre 1985 y 2010, integrando la producción interna con los indicadores de riqueza del producto interior bruto (PIB) y las rentas del trabajo. A lo largo del período, el crecimiento del PIB está sobrestimado en 0,35 puntos porcentuales. Una descomposición temporal revela que el crecimiento está claramente sobreestimado en el período 1985-2000, mientras que en el período 2000-2010 está más bien subestimado. La ralentización del crecimiento del PIB después de la década de 2000 es mucho menos evidente cuando se utiliza el indicador ampliado a la producción interna, cuya tasa de crecimiento pasa del 1,6% al 1,5%.
