Abstract
Il est courant de retrouver des travaux comparant les reglementations relatives aux produits de sante entre l’Union Europeenne et les Etats-Unis. Cependant, malgre un systeme de sante attractif pour les fabricants et un role important au niveau du marche Nord-Americain, les reglementations encadrant la mise sur le marche des produits de sante au Canada sont beaucoup moins connues que celles de la FDA (Food and Drug Administration) ou de l’EMA (European Medicines Agency). Cette these a donc pour objectif de decrire les differentes reglementations concernant les medicaments, les dispositifs medicaux et les produits cosmetique au Canada en comparaison avec l'Union Europeenne sur l'annee 2017-2018. Elle met ainsi en evidence les points communs et les differences relatifs a la mise sur le marche de ces produits.
