Cet article ne rend pas compte d’une recherche, il exprime le point de vue d’un chercheur sur un dispositif d’autorégulation inspiré de l’approche canadienne nommée ARAMIS (Autorégulation pour l’autisme en milieu d’inclusion scolaire), expérimenté en France depuis plusieurs années en Corrèze et mis en oeuvre plus récemment sur différents sites en France. Les dispositifs d’autorégulation sont cités dans la déclinaison de la Stratégie nationale Autisme depuis avril 2019. À partir d’entretiens et d’observations en situation, ce dispositif est présenté et analysé. Le concept d’autorégulation est également développé pour montrer à la fois en quoi il peut être utile aux élèves autistes mais aussi à tous les élèves, et en quoi ce dispositif pourrait permettre de rendre notre école plus inclusive pour tous les élèves. Une étude de cas est présentée à titre d’exemple à partir du suivi d’une réunion d’équipe éducative qui discute le parcours et la situation d’un élève avec TSA scolarisé en CM1. Le mot de la fin est donné aux professionnels participant à cette réunion, mettant en avant l’important travail d’équipe de cette école.
