Abstract
Notre étude s’inscrit dans la lignée des travaux sur la compréhension de l’usage des données issues des questionnaires de satisfaction et plus généralement dans les travaux traitant de la qualité de service. Nous nous intéressons ici à la pratique des directeurs opérationnels (directeur de site). Nous mettons en exergue trois facteurs explicatifs principaux aux intentions d’usage des données des questionnaires de satisfaction : l’attitude des managers, les effets facilitateurs perçus et les normes sociales perçues. De tels résultats nous amènent à préconiser un développement de la culture de gestion et des approches de « pédagogie de l’outil » ainsi qu’une plus grande disponibilité des fonctions supports.
