Abstract
A partir de los casos de doña Jacinta Francisco Marcial, Teresa González y Alberta Alcántara, tres mujeres otomíes acusadas de secuestrar a seis agentes federales, se analizan los actos performativos por los cuales la Procuraduría General de la República se vio obligada en 2017 a implementar medidas de justicia restaurativa mediante una disculpa pública. Se indaga sobre las condiciones enunciativas y el complejo de visualidad implementado por el Estado mexicano, particularmente acerca de cómo refuerzan o cuestionan las posiciones subalternas de las mujeres indígenas. Finalmente, el ensayo reflexiona sobre las condiciones para avanzar hacia un Estado restituidor desde una perspectiva decolonial.
