Résumé Cet article décrit le processus de développement d’un Programme d’intervention interdisciplinaire et familiale (le PRIFAM), son implantation dans les centres hospitaliers, la formation des intervenantes et le déroulement de l’intervention dans une approche de partenariat. Les apprentissages effectués par les parents et par les professionnels lors de son application, de même que les retombées dans les milieux et son adaptation à la clientèle adulte sont exposés.
