Abstract
Fondée en 1988, la revue Histoire de l’art , petite revue , comme la désignaient ses fondateurs, est devenue grande, sans sacrifier l’esprit qui avait conduit à sa création, ni faillir à ses missions de publier les premiers articles des jeunes chercheurs. Histoire de l’art a promu les essais de la recherche la plus innovante, s’est attachée à valoriser le meilleur de l’avenir. En mai 2019, le Comité de rédaction a publié un numéro anniversaire qui offre, pour la première fois, une analyse réflexive essayant de montrer les apports de la revue pendant ces trente ans. L’invitation à des chercheurs et conservateurs non liés à la publication a donné la possibilité d’un regard attentif et distancié.
