Abstract
Cuando parecia que el fascismo habia sido erradicado de Europa, aun tuvo ocasion de rejuvenecer en Espana durante los anos Cincuenta, como resultado de la llegada a la universidad de una generacion de jovenes educados en los valores ideales del falangismo. Su coincidencia con el proyecto de renovacion cultural de Ruiz-Gimenez les permitio desarrollar una ambiciosa ofensiva cultural en la universidad y desarrollar la Primera Linea del SEU como espacio de reafirmacion y critica politicas. Sin embargo, la crisis de 1956 determino la liquidacion de su proyecto y les obligo, como a sus equivalentes italianos de los anos Treinta, a elegir entre su adhesion y su disidencia.
