Abstract
■ Marie Blanche Fourcade Autour d’un café arménien, la rencontre d’un goût, le partage d’une expérience diasporique L'auteur se propose d'explorer, à partir de l'offre du café, raconté et observé dans des intérieurs domestiques de la diaspora arménienne du Québec, les rôles que peut jouer la boisson dans l’expression et le maintien d'une identité déracinée. Dans une première étape, il est nécessaire de s'intéresser à l'impact du café dans la rencontre ethnographique, ensuite de se pencher sur la fonction de repère que celui-ci peut tenir dans la pratique, les objets et le breuvage lui-même. Il s'agit enfin de saisir ce rituel comme un espace d'interaction identitaire dans lequel le café se fait tour à tour, médium d'une mise en scène de soi, révélateur de réseaux sociaux et des vecteurs de transmission culturelle.
