Abstract
La gastronomie est un domaine spécialisé particulier, qui appartient à la fois à des communautés d’usage professionnelles et au grand public ; cette ambiguïté de fond se reflète dans les discours, influencés par les modes passagères et par un dynamisme sensible au changement néologique. Il s’agit d’un domaine dans lequel la notion de discours expert se fait de plus en plus floue, et où la légitimation à la création néologique semble devenir de plus en plus l’apanage des communautés de discours en ligne. Notre analyse va se concentrer sur les apports des internautes dans le processus de création de nouveaux termes gastronomiques en italien, anglais et français, à travers l’exemple du site du journaliste et bloggeur Josh Friedland et de son dictionnaire gastronomique Eatymology .
