Abstract
L’innovation sociale, n’est pas seulement un processus visant à répondre à des besoins sociaux, c’est aussi l’émergence de propositions inédites pour agir collectivement et dessiner une vision renouvelée de la relation entre l’économique et le social. C’est le projet porté par des dirigeants questionnant les frontières de l’entreprise traditionnelle, pour faire émerger une autre manière d’entreprendre et de penser le périmètre de l’innovation sociale. À partir d’expérimentations, de remises en question et de propositions, l’entreprise PC explore justement de nouvelles pratiques de Gestion des Ressources Humaines (GRH).
