Abstract
Cet article interpelle la legislation canadienne discriminatoire qui frappe le peuple autochtone, specialement les femmes. Les jeunes filles sont particulierement vulnerables et il a ete prouve qu’elles sont a la racine de cette culture de la violence contre elles. En depit de cette realite, l’auteure accuse le Gouvernement qui n’a jamais pris des mesures pour eradiquer ce point nevralgique dans cette loi qui continue a refuser aux femmes et jeunes filles le statut qui leur est du. Cet article demande que la loi 3 ou 6(1A) se propose d’amender cette loi qui perpetue la discrimination sexuelle.
