Relação entre alterações posturais e lesões osteomioarticulares em jogadores de futsal

Abstract
O futsal é considerado um esporte em ascensão, praticado no mundo todo por milhares de pessoas. Os atletas sofrem com o excesso de jogos e treinos e, a exigência é cada vez maior no seu desempenho, fazendo com que trabalhem perto dos limites máximos de exaustão, aumentando a pré-disposição às lesões. O objetivo do trabalho foi investigar se as alterações posturais nos jogadores irão ocasionar maiores índices de lesões durante suas atividades. Foram avaliados 17 atletas com média de idade 27 anos (± 6,21), o número de lesões foi levantado através do prontuário fisioterapêutico e avaliação postural por um protocolo elaborado pelos pesquisadores. Os resultados mostraram que de acordo com a classificação utilizada, as lesões mais encontradas foram as distensões musculares (50%) e as tendinites (22,2%). As alterações posturais mais encontradas foram cabeça protusa, hiperlordose lombar, anteversão da pelve, joelho varo e pé abduzido. Houve diferença pouco significativa entre as alterações encontradas nos grupos lesionados e não lesionados, em todos os segmentos analisados, sendo que os do grupo B (não lesionado) estariam predispostos também a lesões osteomioarticulares, devido às constantes sobrecargas nas estruturas musculoesqueléticas sofridas durante o desporto. Portanto, conclui-se que existe relação entre alterações posturais e as lesões dos atletas.Palavras-chave: futsal, lesões, alterações posturais.Â
