Abstract
Cette recherche porte sur l’inclusion dans la rémunération variable de critères extra financiers permettant d’adopter des comportements plus responsables. Ce sont principalement des critères environnementaux et sociaux qui y sont intégrés. La dimension environnementale est celle qui génère le plus d’activités. Toutefois, les répondants sont plus nombreux à baser leur rémunération variable sur des critères économiques et financiers plutôt que non financiers.
