Abstract
Resumen: el objetivo del presente artículo consiste en describir la regulación jurídica de los hidrocarburos en la República Argentina y en analizar si esta regulación se ha adaptado o no a la recepción del derecho a un ambiente sano consagrado en la última reforma constitucional en el país.Se concluye que la regulación ambiental de la actividad hidrocarburífera se encuentra contenida en resoluciones dispersas, pero se carece de una ley de presupuestos mínimos de protección ambiental que regule la temática, tal como manda la Constitución Nacional.Finalmente, se delinean los presupuestos que esta ley debería contener.
