Abstract
« L’action publique dirigee vers les dynamiques migratoires represente un point de vue particulierement fecond pour observer l’Etat. Ce dossier de Lien social et Politiques regroupe des recherches qui portent sur les logiques contemporaines de mise en oeuvre des politiques migratoires en Europe, en Amerique du Nord et en Guadeloupe. (...) Deux concepts unissent les textes de ce numero special : celui des politiques migratoires et celui de leur mise en oeuvre. De facon generale, les politiques migratoires sont ici comprises comme l’ensemble des actions publiques qui visent au controle, a la selection, a l’incorporation, ainsi qu’a la naturalisation des populations comprises comme etrangeres ou immigrees. La mise en oeuvre des politiques publiques correspond aux actions qui sont deployees pour realiser les mandats, les lois, les politiques et les programmes enonces par un gouvernement ou des detenteurs de pouvoir executif »
