Abstract
L’auteur entreprend de repenser le droit à la philosophie dans sa dimension internationale. La réflexion qu’il engage s’appuie sur une lecture de « Idée (en vue) d’une histoire universelle au point de vue cosmopolite » qui fait ressortir les implications de ce texte de Kant pour certaines institutions fondées après la seconde guerre mondiale. En examinant ces implications, l’auteur aborde la problématique de l’eurocentrisme, l’histoire de l’émergence de la modernité, et le rôle de l’UNESCO dans la réflexion sur la philosophie contemporaine.
