Abstract
Video S1 Dynamic subacromial impingement maneuver while the ultrasound probe is positioned between the acromion and the greater tuberosity of the humerus. Grade 2 impingement of the supraspinatus tendon and SAD bursa under the acromion is seen initially without snapping. Dynamic ultrasound exam over the CAL in its longitudinal axis reproduces the snapping phenomenon, which is seen to be due to the focally thickened SAD bursa under the CAL.
