Abstract
A obra reúne os textos que foram apresentados no Colóquio Internacional L´implicite dans les langues romanes : langue, texte, discours, que se realizou na sede da Universidade Aberta, no Palácio Ceia, em Lisboa, nos dias 4 e 5 de dezembro de 2017. Neste volume coligem-se os textos de grande parte dos participantes neste colóquio, colegas, amigos e discípulos da Professora Maria Helena Araújo Carreira, pelo que este volume configura também uma homenagem. A Professora Maria Helena Araújo Carreira é unanimemente respeitada como pilar fundamental nos estudos de língua, literatura e cultura portuguesas, no mundo, tendo sabido superiormente ampliá-los, compará-los e contrastá-los com os estudos em línguas românicas, sendo capaz de reunir pessoas de todas as latitudes que se dedicam a este campo transdisciplinar, como aqui fica inequivocamente testemunhado.
