We experimentally demonstrate a long-reach underwater optical wireless transmission system using post nonlinear equalization. Compared with linear equalization, 2.52dB/4.0dB SNR gain and 0.95Gbps/1.26Gbps capacity improvement are achieved by FFE/DFE through 45-m underwater transmission distance.
