Abstract
Pernikahan merupakan suatu akad yang mengikat dua pihak, yang dilangsungkan melalui ijab dari pihak perempuan dan kabul sebagai bentuk persetujuan dari pihak laki-laki. Sementara itu, pernikahan dini dipahami sebagai ikatan perkawinan yang dilakukan oleh pasangan yang masih berada pada usia relatif muda. Dalam praktiknya, pernikahan pada usia dini berkaitan erat dengan aspek ekonomi dan kesehatan para pelakunya.Kondisi ekonomi memiliki peranan penting dalam menjaga keharmonisan keluarga serta keberlangsungan kehidupan rumah tangga. Selain itu, aspek kesehatan juga menjadi faktor yang tidak dapat diabaikan dalam keluarga yang menjalani pernikahan dini. Berdasarkan temuan hasil wawancara, sebagian besar keluarga berada dalam kondisi fisik yang relatif baik. Namun demikian, anak-anak yang lahir dari pernikahan usia dini menunjukkan kecenderungan mengalami gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, yang dikenal sebagai stunting. Di sisi lain, kehamilan pada usia yang terlalu muda juga dinilai memiliki tingkat risiko kesehatan yang lebih tinggi bagi ibu maupun anak.
