Abstract
Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Bhakti Mandala Husada (STIKes Bhamada) membentuk Pusat Informasi dan Konseling Mahasiswa (PIKMA) sejak tahun 2014 dengan nama “PIKMA SMART Bhamada”. PIKMA SMART Bhamada termasuk dalam kategori TEGAK. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis implementasi program PIKMA SMART Bhamada.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah diskriptif kualitatif untuk memberikan gambaran implementasi program PIKMA SMART Bhamada. Informan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah pengurus PIKMA dan informan triangulasi adalah mahasiswa, Pembina PIKMA, Wakil Ketua Bidang Kemahasiswaan dan Kepala Seksi Institusi Masyarakat dan Remaja Dinas P3AP2KB (Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana) Kabupaten Tegal.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan yang dilakukan PIKMA SMART Bhamada telah sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis pelaksanaan PIKMA dengan kategori TEGAK.. Alur pelaksanaan PIKMA sesuai dengan pedoman kegiatan kemahasiswaan di STIKes Bhamada. Sosialisasi PIKMA terus dilakukan dengan jelas dan konsisten. PIKMA telah memiliki program setiap tahunnya namun terkadang ada beberapa program yang tidak terlaksana dikarenakan berbenturan dengan jadwal perkuliahan.Semua pengurus PIKMA telah kompeten. Namun personel PIKMA masih kurang dikarenakan peminatan mahasiswa terhadap Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) PIKMA menurun. Disamping itu, saat ada kegiatan PIKMA sebagian mahasiswa terkadang berbenturan dengan jadwal kuliah.Semua sarana yang dibutuhkan sudah ada, namun bagi pengurus PIKMA dirasa kurang memadai karena tidak adanya kipas angin atau pendingin ruangan, printer dan kunci pintu. Dana untuk kegiatan PIKMA sudah mencukupi. SOP untuk PIKMA belum ada secara khusus. Seluruh petunjuk pelaksanaan kegiatan tercantum dalam Pedoman Kegiatan Kemahasiswaan secara umum. PIKMA telah menjalin kerjasama dengan SMA/SMK Kabupaten dan Kota Tegal, dan BKKBN.
