El comentario trata sobre una resolución del Tribunal Constitucional de evidente interés general, no solo por la trascendencia política de los hechos que se juzgan, sino también desde el punto de vista del análisis jurídico, por dos cuestiones principalmente, por ser la primera vez que se somete al Tribunal Constitucional la impugnación de una investidura de un Presidente del órgano de un gobierno autonómico, y por la peculiarísima forma en la que el Tribunal decide adoptar medidas cautelares incluso antes de pronunciarse sobre la admisibilidad de la impugnación.
