HIV & AIDS is a major problem that threatens Indonesia and many countries in the world. Based on data from the Health Office of Lampung Province third quarter of HIV incidence by risk group in 2017 that sum of 148 cases of HIV occur in MSM (Men Like to Have Sex with Men). The purpose of this study knew the relationship of knowledge and attitudes of MSM (men have sex with men) towards the prevention of HIV and AIDS in the health center of Bandar Lampung Simpur 2018. This research is descriptive sampling techniques associated with accidental sampling as many as 40 respondents. Statistical test results can be concluded there is a relationship between knowledge and behavior of HIV & AIDS prevention P = 0.039 (p <0.05). There is a relationship between the attitudes of respondents with HIV & AIDS prevention behavior with a P value = 0.030 (p <0.05)Based on the results of research, it is advisable to PHC Simpur to be Proposed at the local government to cooperate with the relevant sectors to empower MSM, improve and focus the provision of information and motivation to change behavior by groups and individuals, conducting behavioral surveillance to monitor changes in behavior in MSM, involving MSM leaders in counseling activities, making social media and installation in places frequented by MSM, the focus of prevention activities and sexual behavior among MSM needs to be directed not only at the open but the MSM MSM closed. Keywords : Knowledge, Attitude, HIV & AIDS Prevention Efforts Abstrak HIV & AIDS adalah masalah besar yang mengancam Indonesia dan banyak negara di dunia. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Lampung kuartal ketiga kejadian HIV menurut kelompok risiko pada tahun 2017 bahwa jumlah 148 kasus HIV terjadi pada LSL (Pria Suka Berhubungan Seks dengan Pria). Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap LSL (laki-laki berhubungan seks dengan laki-laki) terhadap pencegahan HIV dan AIDS di Puskesmas Bandar Lampung Simpur 2018. Penelitian ini adalah teknik pengambilan sampel deskriptif terkait dengan accidental sampling sebanyak sebanyak 40 responden. Hasil uji statistik dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dan perilaku pencegahan HIV & AIDS P = 0,039 (p <0,05). Ada hubungan antara sikap responden dengan perilaku pencegahan HIV & AIDS dengan nilai P = 0,030 (p <0,05) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan kepada PHC Simpur untuk diusulkan pada pemerintah daerah untuk bekerjasama dengan sektor terkait untuk memberdayakan LSL, meningkatkan dan memfokuskan penyediaan informasi dan motivasi untuk mengubah perilaku oleh kelompok dan individu, melakukan pengawasan perilaku untuk memantau perubahan perilaku LSL, melibatkan para pemimpin LSL dalam kegiatan konseling, membuat media sosial dan pemasangan di tempat-tempat yang sering dikunjungi oleh LSL, fokus kegiatan pencegahan dan perilaku seksual di antara LSL perlu diarahkan tidak hanya di tempat terbuka tetapi LSL ditutup.
