Abstract
Em um cenário em que o jornalismo busca alternativas para manter-se relevante com o público, a interatividade surge como uma das grandes vedetes da era digital. Com um aumento no poder de engajamento e das transformações nas dinâmicas de produção e recepção do conteúdo online, o documentário interativo desponta como uma das alternativas encontradas para acompanhar a nova dinâmica de poder entre os media e a audiência. Com o utilizador no centro do processo, faz-se necessário entender como a interatividade pode moldar e influenciar o comportamento deste ao acessar sites jornalísticos, uma vez que os estudos voltados para a verdadeira experiência do utilizador nesses ambientes ainda são poucos e incipientes. O presente estudo visa investigar os documentários interativos jornalísticos como um gênero emergente, privilegiando um olhar sobre o documentário "The Seven Digital Deadly Sins", uma coprodução do The Guardian e National Film Board of Canada, e como a experiência do utilizador com a interatividade presente neste projeto influencia o comportamento deste durante a navegação.
