Abstract

Cet article explore les représentations sociales à l’égard des usagers ayant des différences, fonctionnelles ou non, de « l’environnement » et du « territoire » des différents acteurs que sont les usagers du transport en commun et les chauffeurs de bus. L’analyse de ce matériau riche et complexe, provenant d’entrevues, lève le voile sur les significations de ces notions pour les participants mais aussi sur l’existence de représentations sociales variant selon différents sous-groupes. Ces résultats vont enfin permettre d’identifier les enjeux qui sont liés au développement d’un transport collectif inclusif sur le territoire de la Ville de Québec.
