Abstract

La actividad turística muestra un potencial en nuestro país para asimilar a la innovación como una práctica de la gestión de sus entidades, sin embargo existen indicios de que la cultura organizacional de las entidades no es proclive a inducir la innovación y la creatividad como un valor organizacional, por cuanto, como objetivo, el trabajo se dirige al análisis de los factores que impactan en la deficiencias de la cultura organizacional en las entidades del sector turístico en La Habana, en cuanto a la asimilación de la innovación como componente de la estrategia de gestión, permitiéndole al turismo constituirse en un sector dinámico dentro de la economía. Se expondrá una síntesis de la evolución conceptual de la innovación y su relación con la cultura organizacional y con el turismo. Concluyendo con un análisis de las potencialidades y deficiencias actuales del sector concluyendo con la necesidad que tiene el destino de asimilar la innovación como un paradigma emergente de gestión del destino.
