Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In the article the theory of social anomy and deviant behavior is applied to analyze the spread of drug addiction among young people. Authors note the influence of the transformation of social institutions in Russia on the growth of narcotization. In the country since the 1990s there is a gap between socially approved goals and socially approved means of achieving them. These abrupt changes in the Russian society lead to increase of anomy. Unstable social life complicates the formation of moral values, adequate perspectives in life goals, which leads to higher deviations, including drug abuse. The theoretical part is supplied with a sociological research of the drug situation in the Tyumen Region, held in 2013. The results showed that a quarter of respondents came across the problem of drug addiction, 2% used drugs themselves. Furthermore, young people are more informed about all studied aspects of the problem, than the older generation.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
