Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui Perencanaan Kebijakan Biaya Pendidikan dari Dana Desa di Kecamatan Bantarkawung Kabupaten Brebes Tahun 2018. (2) untuk mengetahui Implementasi Kebijakan Biaya Pendidikan dari Dana Desa di Kecamatan Bantarkawung Kabupaten Brebes.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan merupakan jenis penelitian study multi kasus (multi-case study) penelitian yang dilakukan langusung ke lokasi penelitian di tiga Desa, Desa Cinanas, Desa Karangpari dan Desa Pengarasan. Kasus yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang implementasi kebijakan biaya pendidikan dari Dana Desa Di Kecamatan Bantarkawung Kabupaten Brebes. Karena memiliki lebih dari satu subjek yang diteliti, maka penelitian ini digolongkan multi kasus (multi-case study).Dari hasil penelitian, temuan penelitian dan pembahasan dapat diketahui bahwa (1) perencanaan kebijakan biaya pendidikan dari dana desa di desa Cinanas, Karangpari dan Pengarasan telah dilakukan sesuai tahapan perencanaan, namun tidak sesuai dengan surat edaran Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Brebes tahun 2018 yaitu untuk gerakan kembali bersekolah (2) Implementasi kebijakan biaya pendidikan dari dana desa bukan untuk gerakan kembali bersekolah tetapi dialihkan untuk pembelian barang berupa alat sekolah seperti (tas, sepatu, buku, pulpen, seragam sekolah, dan sabuk), pengadaan sarana dan prasarana Pendidikan anak usia dini, pemberian insentif untuk guru pendidikan usia dini dan kegiatan sekolah kejar paket A, B, C.
