Abstract
Peta merupakan penyajian grafis bentuk ruang dan hubungan keruangan antara berbagai perwujudan dan yang diwakili. Selain itu, peta merupakan gambar permukaan bumi pada bidang datar dalam ukuran yang lebih kecil. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kompilasi data awal, metode persiapan survei, metode survey primer, metode survei sekunder dan metode menggambar dan manipulasi/editing data dalam aplikasi GIS. Tujuannya untuk menggambarkan secara umum kegiatan pemetaan partisipatif di tiga Kecamatan yaitu Kecamatan Klojen, Blimbing dan Lowokwaru agar terlaksana dengan baik terutama kegiatan survei lapangan untuk mengakuisisi dan mengenali batas wilayah di masing-masing kecamatan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah berupa pemetaan secara partisipatif wilayah Kecamatan Klojen, Blimbing dan Lowokwaru. Kegiatan ini juga mampu membangun pemahaman bersama masyarakat mengenai arti penting batas wilayah kecamatan maupun kelurahan, sehinga diharapkan mampu membendung adanya konflik horisontal yang disebabkan oleh perselisihan batas wilayah.
