Abstract
El 30 de noviembre de 2018 los presidentes Enrique Pena Nieto y Donald Trump y el primer ministro de Canada Justin Trudeau firmaron en Buenos Aires el Tratado entre Mexico, Estados Unidos y Canada (T-MEC) que sustituira al Tratado de Libre Comercio de America del Norte (TLCAN). Tras la firma, el acuerdo pasara a los Congresos de los tres paises para su ratificacion, con miras a que el nuevo pacto comercial inicie su vigencia a partir de 2020. Mientras ese proceso dure, las reglas del TLCAN seguiran vigentes. En la practica fue una renegociacion de la totalidad de los capitulos
