Abstract
蕁麻疹の中でも特発性慢性蕁麻疹とコリン性蕁麻疹は,心身症的な側面を呈することがある。コリン性蕁麻疹では交感神経が関与し,特発性慢性蕁麻疹では機序は不明ながらも,自律神経の関与を疑う症例が少なくない。また蕁麻疹が生じることで不安になっている患者もいる。これらの患者に心身医学療法は有用である。心身医学療法は,主に抗ヒスタミン薬に抗不安薬を併用して用いるのがよい。その他に抗うつ薬や自律訓練法,行動療法も有用であると考えている。エビデンスの積み重ねが今後の課題となっている。
