Voilà dix ans, notre collègue Georges Anglade, était victime du séisme de Port-au-Prince (Haïti) qui ravagea la capitale et ses environs le 12 janvier 2010 et fit plus de 200 000 morts. A l’occasion de cet anniversaire, nous avons pris l’initiative d’éditer la conférence qu’il a donnée à Washington en 1992.
