Abstract
Permasalahan ini dilatar belakangi dengan maraknya masalah keinginan untuk berbelanja secara online. Tujuan penelitian yaitu : 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan dan celebrity endorse secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian online pada Mahasiswa STIE-Sakti Alam Kerinci, 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan dan celebrity endorse secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian online pada Mahasiswa STIE-Sakti Alam Kerinci, 3) Untuk mengetahui kepercayaan dan celebrity Endorse dengan kualitas informasi sebagai variabel moderating terhadap keputusan pembelian online pada Mahasiswa STIE-Sakti Alam Kerinci. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa/i di STIE-Sakti Alam Kerinci. Sampel untuk penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Sampling Accidential/Aksidential. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah Skala Likert, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), uji asumsi klasik, Uji t dan Uji f. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian 0,000 < 0,05. Celebrity endorse berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian 0,012 > 0,05. Kualitas Informasi Berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian 0,005 < 0,05. Kualitas Informasi berperan sebagai variabel moderating antara Kepercayaan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian 0,022 < 0,05. Kualitas Informasi berperan sebagai variabel moderating antara Celebrity endorse terhadap Keputusan Pembelian 0,010 < 0,05.
