Le sentiment d’efficacité personnelle (SEP) des enseignants est reconnu pour grandement influencer la qualité de l’enseignement offert aux élèves, notamment dans un contexte d’éducation inclusive et d’élèves présentant des difficultés comportementales. Le but de cette étude est d’examiner et de comparer le SEP en gestion de classe des enseignants du Québec ( n = 1 179) et du Tessin ( n = 242) qui œuvrent au préscolaire et au primaire, à partir de variables sociodémographiques. Des relations ont été observées en ce qui concerne l’expérience des enseignants et leur SEP à gérer la classe. Les résultats révèlent des différences significatives selon le pays d’origine, le genre et l’ordre d’enseignement des participants.
